When I began taking an in-depth look at my site to determine what blogs people were looking at most, I found myself utterly surprised.
The most read blog on my site was one I put together about bunk houses. Around the lakes you can find many old boat house that are just not suitable today for the much larger boats, and you can find actual little buildings that were constructed outside of the main fishing camp, little bunk houses. There were many more of these tiny little buildings, but most have been torn down. The folks with a little creativity, usually forced upon them by the size of their lot, have restored these detached little outbuildings into adorable little sleeping berths. Of course I was always amazed at many of them. It is quite unexpected to open the door of a little clapboard building to find a very well thought-out and decorative space.
The Bunk House Blog became the number one blog on my site and has remained so.
The next most popular blog is the one I just posted recently about the Floating Keuka Lake house. Every day I find the numbers going up very quickly, so much that it may finally displace the Bunk House blog . Of course this blog feels very close to me. It was actually my broker’s dad that owned and moved the house across the lake, and it is Keuka Lake that I was talking about, my favorite of the lakes in the Finger Lakes.
Selling real estate in the Finger Lakes, connects you to so many other components that folks find just as important as purchasing their lakefront home. These little parts along with the purchase of the home create the lifestyle they so desire and imagine. I want to continue to captivate my audience which consists of lakefront home buyers and sellers on Keuka Lake, Canandaigua Lake, Seneca Lake as well as the folks that just enjoy seeing stories that remind them of their past, when they previously lived in the Finger Lakes.
Being your Personal Connection to Lakefront Living is very important to me, so I will continue to provide you interesting information about the real estate in the area, so that you will feel comfortable about using me as your real estate agent, and to provide you with information that will make your experience much more enjoyable.
I love all of the feedback I receive and I will be watching those top 2 positions. Remember, I am here for all of your real estate needs even if it is just a conversation about the “maybe”.
